In 1988, the automobile plant "AvtoZAZ" and a Canadian corporation "Magna International Inc." was a joint Ukrainian-Canadian Enterprise "Tavria-Magna."
The signing of the founding documents of the new joint venture was July 11, 1988
The purpose of the company was designing and manufacturing large and very large molds for the automotive industry of the former Soviet Union - the instrument panel, bumper, grille, door facings, etc.
In 1994, the joint venture published in the foreign market - shipped first mold to Canadian customers.
In 2002, our company was certified for compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001.
In the period from 2000 to 2008 company engaged in manufacturing and supplying molds to the markets of North America, Europe, Russia, as well as carrying out extensive modernization of basic equipment - commissioned erosion machines firms Charmilles, AGIE, machining centers HAAS.
In 2008, the joint venture was reorganized into a limited liability company with foreign investment company (LLC).
In 2012, Canadian corporation "Magna International Inc." had left structure of founders and PJSC "ZAZ" has become a full founder LLC "Tavria-Magna."
In 2015, Tavria-Magna was renamed in Tavria-M.
Market demands led to the development of a new direction of our products.
In the design of furniture, car interior plastic parts, we make extensive use of technology photochemical engraving.
At the moment of "Tavria-M" is certified according to ISO 9001-2000 system to meet the quality control system.
